8-Week Nourish Yourself Course
Over 8 weeks you will learn my personally developed Nourish Yourself Framework, that will empower you to care for yourself in a way that makes you feel fantastic and improves the relationship with yourself and with others.
- Learn how to start your day with purpose, so you feel energised and focussed as you move through your day.
- Learn how to wind down and let go of the stresses of the day, so that you enjoy your evening and set yourself up for a restful sleep.
- Understand why it can feel hard to follow through on positive habits and learn the secrets to long term sustainable change. You’ll feel motivated and focussed to maintain all of the positive habits you have integrated into your life throughout the program
- Learn to identify the thoughts and behaviours you’re acting from that are leaving you drained and exhausted. We’ll define exactly what it looks like to be living a life where you are deeply nourished, through simple clear steps, so you feel confident to start living and enjoying your life in this way.
WHAT DOES EACH SESSION INVOLVE…
Session 1: Alignment Audit
- Where are you at now and where do you want to be?
In this first session, we’ll meet together and discuss your goals for the program. We’ll look at where you are, and where you most want to be. We’ll define clear goals and focuses both for the program and your life overall, so that you feel clear about where you are heading and excited about the changes that lie ahead.
Session 2: Morning & Evening Routines
- Having a clear intentioned morning and evening routine is the basis of everything.
Next up, we’ll be implementing simple and sustainable routines into your life – both morning and night. We’ll craft a clear plan for you so you start your day with intention and purpose. We’ll also finish your day with a simple plan in place so you consciously wind down and set yourself up for a restful night’s sleep.
Session 3: What does Nourishment look like?
- What do you need to live a deeply nourished life?
In this third session, we’ll define what living a deeply nourished life looks like for you. We’ll look at specific areas of your life such as your relationship with others, food, movement and self talk and will identify what needs to shift in these areas for you to feel nourished. We will put a plan in place so that you feel clear and motivated to take action.
Session 4: Long Term Habits for Success
- Stay consistent & eliminate self sabotage.
In the final session, we’ll identify the barriers of the past that have held you back from you following through on positive lifestyle changes. You’ll learn my secrets to staying consistent and committed so the changes you make stick around for the long term. We’ll shine the spotlight on the importance of positive self talk and how it will support you to be successful long term.
Components
- Intention setting form so you and I are both across where you currently are and want to be prior to your first session.
- 4 fortnightly private sessions over 8 weeks, where I guide you through the Nourish Yourself Framework (see session focusses above).
- Access to the Nourish Yourself content…
- Follow up PDF after each session further establishing what you have learnt during our one-on-one session.
- Living from your values exercise.
- Specifically designed materials after each session to support you with implementing your plans, reaching your goals and creating loads of positive change.

1-Day Nourish Yourself Workshop
Come together, in a safe environment, with like-minded people where we brain storm, share ideas, celebrate successes and support each other on the journey.

- Suz is a fantastic cook and loves nothing better than bringing people together over food to chat, connect and create. So as well as starting you on your own Nourish Yourself journey, Suz will nourish you with nutritious snacks and lunch over the course of the day.
